Tom Ingelsby is a Founding Partner of Birch Benefits. After graduating from Villanova University with a degree in finance, Tom started his career as an employee benefits consultant at Kistler Tiffany Benefits, where he specialized in client management, claim analytics, and new business production.

After eight years, he wanted to bring something new to the mid-market: high-end consulting, strategy, and technical capabilities that could compete with larger national consulting firms.

In 2019, Tom co-founded Birch Benefits, bringing his expertise in strategy and data analytics to brainstorm, test, and implement creative solutions alongside his clients. At Birch, Tom explores innovative tools and funding mechanisms, and invests time in digging into his clients’ data to provide long-term strategy and cost-savings opportunities.

He is a proud husband, father of three, and an avid college basketball fan.
